How does the 15-minute reset work?
The 15-minute recovery protocol uses targeted stimulation (TENS + EMS) to actively reset neck muscles after periods of static load. Place the device around your neck, select your mode with the dial, and let the gentle pulses work for 15 minutes. The device automatically shuts off. App-free, no cables, no preparation.
Do I need an app, or is the button enough?
The button is all you need. All functions are controlled directly on the device - select mode, adjust intensity, start and stop. No app required and no Bluetooth connection needed. This is a deliberate design choice: the device works even when your phone is dead or deliberately put away.
What's the difference between modes and intensity levels?
Modes are different stimulation patterns, each designed for a specific purpose: Soothing (reset), Kneading (deep tension), Pulsing (targeted points), Complete (full recovery protocol), Traction (posture recovery). Intensity levels (1-10) determine the strength of stimulation within each mode. Start low and build up to your comfort level.
Does it fit my neck and is it discreet under a shirt?
Yes. The flexible ergonomic design automatically adapts to any neck. No sizing needed. It sits comfortably, stays securely in place, and remains virtually invisible under most clothing.
How do I position the contact pads for the best feel?
Place the contact pads on the sides of your neck, just below the jaw angle and in front of the neck muscle chain. You should feel a light tingling sensation. Slide the device slightly up or down until you feel the sensation evenly on both sides. Do not use the pads on the front of the neck or directly on the spine.
How often per day should I use it?
For optimal results: 1-2 sessions per day, preferably at fixed times. The most effective moments are: after your first major work block (90-120 minutes after starting) and after lunch. Each session lasts 15 minutes and automatically shuts off. Consistency over 90 days delivers noticeable results.
Is TENS/EMS stimulation safe?
Yes. TENS and EMS technology is extensively researched and used in medical and physiotherapy settings worldwide. MaxoRize Professional X is certified by SGS Switzerland for safety and quality. Do not use the device if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic medical equipment. Consult a doctor if in doubt.
How long does the battery last?
On a full charge, the battery lasts up to 5 days with daily use of 1-2 sessions. Charging takes approximately 90 minutes via the included USB-C cable. An indicator light shows the battery level.
How do I clean and maintain the device?
Wipe the contact pads after each use with a slightly damp cloth. Do not use alcohol or harsh cleaning agents. Make sure the device is completely dry before charging or storing. Store it in the included cotton pouch in a cool, dry place.
Are there side effects?
Most users experience no side effects. Some people notice slight redness or a tingling sensation at the contact points after use - this disappears within a few minutes. If you experience discomfort, lower the intensity. Always start at level 1 and build up gradually.
Can I use it any time of day?
Yes. Most people get the strongest results using it 15 minutes before bed, when your nervous system needs the off-signal most. A second session in the afternoon also works for stress reset.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery: 1-2 business days in the Netherlands and Belgium. Ordered before 22:00 = delivered tomorrow (business days). Other EU countries: 2-4 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
What is your return policy?
30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied, return the product within 30 days of receipt for a full product refund. Send an email to support@maxorize.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Do you offer international warranty?
Yes. All devices come with a 2-year international manufacturer warranty on production defects. For warranty claims, contact support@maxorize.com with photos and your order number.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your package is on its way, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Contact support@maxorize.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
