Keep it simple and durable. Everything here is scannable on a phone.
[How to claim (simple 3 steps):]
First, check that all 6 contact pads are touching your skin—move hair or clothing out of the way. Then turn the Scroll Wheel up to Level 3–5. Clean the electrode pads with a damp cloth; residue can block the signal. If sensation is still weak, try a different mode (Kneading or Beating are stronger than Soothing).
Turn the Scroll Wheel down to Level 1 or 2. If you're new to the device, start gently—your comfort threshold will increase over a few sessions. You can also try Mode 1 (Soothing), which is the gentlest pattern.
Uneven sensation usually means the pads aren't making full contact. Adjust the device position slightly, ensure your skin is clean and dry, and check that your hair or collar isn't blocking any electrode. All 6 pads should rest evenly on your neck.
Lower the intensity immediately. Some sharpness can occur if your skin is very dry or if there's lotion/oil on the contact area. Wipe your neck and the pads with a damp cloth, let dry, then restart at a lower level.
You should feel gentle, rhythmic tingling or pulsing on both sides of your neck. It should be noticeable but not painful—think of it as a light massage sensation. The feeling varies by mode: Soothing is soft and calming, Kneading is rhythmic, Beating is more focused, Comprehensive alternates, and Traction feels like a gentle pull.
Short-press the Power button (don't hold it—that turns the device off). Each press cycles: Off → Low → Medium → High. The blue LED lights up when heat is active. You'll hear a voice prompt confirming the heat level.
Heat takes 30–60 seconds to reach temperature. Make sure the blue LED is lit. If it's still not warming after 2 minutes, the battery may be too low—charge the device. Also ensure the inner heating elements are touching your skin.
Low ≈ 37 °C (body temp, gentle warmth), Medium ≈ 40 °C (noticeable comfort), High ≈ 43 °C (therapeutic warmth). These are approximate; actual feel varies by skin sensitivity and room temperature.
No, the device is designed to combine heat with the electrical stimulation modes. Heat enhances comfort during a session but cannot run independently.
Lower to Medium or Low heat immediately. If your skin is sensitive or you're in a warm environment, you may not need High. Let your skin cool and rest before the next session. Avoid using heat on irritated or sunburned skin.
Plug the included USB-C cable (5V⎓1A adapter recommended) into the port on the device. The LED will pulse orange while charging and turn solid blue when full. A full charge takes about 3.5 hours.
With typical use (1–2 sessions per day at medium intensity with heat), expect up to 5 days per charge. Heavy use at high intensity with maximum heat will reduce runtime.
Blue solid → Device On → Orange solid → Low power, equipmenton on → Orange blinking → Low battery shutdown, → Orange light blinks → to shutdown Orange breathing → Charging Blue breathing → Fully charged
Charge it for at least 30 minutes, then try again. If the LED doesn't light up during charging, check the USB-C cable and port for debris. Try a different cable or adapter (5V⎓1A). If still unresponsive, contact support.
No, for safety reasons the device disables stimulation while plugged in. Charge fully before your session.
Short-press the Scroll Wheel to cycle through modes 1–5: Soothing → Kneading → Beating → Comprehensive → Traction. The voice prompt will announce each mode (unless muted).
Mode 1 (Soothing) is the gentlest and best for first-time users. Once you're comfortable, try Mode 4 (Comprehensive) for an all-around session, or pick modes based on your need—see the 'Modes & Technologies' section above.
Rotate the Scroll Wheel. Turning clockwise increases (1–8), counterclockwise decreases. The voice says 'Level one…eight' as you adjust. Start at Level 2–3 for your first session.
Yes. Hold the Power button for 5 seconds (the device will stay on). You'll hear a confirmation tone. To unmute, hold Power for 5 seconds again.
Each session runs for exactly 15 minutes, then auto-ends with a completion tone. If you want more time, wait a moment and start a new session. We recommend 1–2 sessions per day for most users.
Rest the Ω-shaped band around the back and sides of your neck so all 6 contact pads touch your skin. The pads should sit on the sides of your neck, below the jawline. Move hair, hoodies, and scarves out of the way.
Yes! Many users wear it during desk work, video calls, or reading. It's hands-free and quiet. Just avoid using it while driving, cycling, or operating machinery.
The device is designed to fit most adult neck sizes comfortably. The flexible band adjusts to your shape. If you have a very small or very large neck and find fit challenging, contact support for guidance.
You can use it lying down (great before bed), but do not fall asleep with it on. The 15-minute auto-off helps, but you should be awake and aware during sessions.
No gel needed. In fact, lotions or oils can block contact and reduce sensation. Use the device on clean, dry skin for best results.
Do not use if you have: a pacemaker/ICD, are pregnant, have epilepsy, metal implants in the neck, active cancer, or are under 18. See the 'Safety & Compliance' section above for the full list and consult a healthcare provider if unsure.
Yes, 1–2 sessions per day is safe for most users. Each session is 15 minutes by design. If you experience any discomfort, dizziness, or unusual symptoms, stop use and consult a healthcare professional.
No. The Professional X is not water-resistant (IPX0). Do not use it in the bathroom, near showers, bathtubs, or sinks, and never in the rain or any wet or humid environment. Always keep the device dry during use and storage.
Stop immediately, turn off the device, and rest. Lower the intensity for your next session. If symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue use and seek medical advice.
The MaxoRize® Professional X is designed for wellness and relaxation. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have health concerns, consult your doctor before use.
