1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

MaxoRize® €75 Cashback Promotion – Official Terms and Conditions

Valid from 5 December 2025 through 31 January 2026

Article 1 – Promotion Period

1.1 The "MaxoRize® €75 Cashback Promotion" is valid for purchases made during the period from 5 December 2025 through 31 January 2026.

1.2 The date on the purchase invoice determines eligibility. Purchases outside this period do not qualify.

Article 2 – General

2.1 These terms and conditions apply to the promotional cashback campaign organised by MaxoRize B.V. (hereinafter: "MaxoRize").

2.2 The promotion concerns a one-time reimbursement of €75.00 upon purchase of a new MaxoRize Professional X.

2.3 These terms and conditions supplement the General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of MaxoRize.

2.4 This promotion is intended as a commercial loyalty reward and does not constitute a price reduction.

Article 3 – Participation Requirements and Exclusions

3.1 Participation is open to natural persons (consumers) aged 18 years and older, residing in the EU or the UK.

3.2 Territorial Exclusion: Residents of the State of California (USA) are explicitly excluded from participation. Claims associated with addresses or bank accounts in California will be rejected without correspondence.

3.3 The promotion applies exclusively to purchases made via the official webshop (maxorize.com). Purchases via external marketplaces (such as Amazon, Bol.com) or unauthorised resellers are excluded.

3.4 Limit: There is a strict limit of one (1) claim per participant, per IBAN account number, per residential address, and per unique product serial number.

3.5 Important restriction:

Regardless of the number of MaxoRize devices purchased per transaction or order, only one (1) cashback claim may be submitted per household. This also applies if multiple products are purchased simultaneously as part of a bundle promotion or promotional package. The €75 cashback is strictly one-time per purchase transaction. It is therefore not possible to receive multiple cashbacks based on a single combined order.

Article 4 – Cashback Application

4.1 Claims must be submitted manually by email to support@maxorize.com.

4.2 Submission deadline: The claim must be received by MaxoRize no later than 30 days after the invoice date.

4.3 A valid claim contains three attachments:

      A. Copy of purchase invoice.

      B. Photo of the serial number on the physical product.

      C. Proof of IBAN account ownership (see Article 7.2 for restrictions).

4.4 The procedure for submitting an application is described in detail in the document "How do you claim your €75 cashback?", which is inseparably linked to these terms and conditions.

Article 5 – Validation & Mutual Exclusion

5.1 Validation period: MaxoRize applies a fixed processing period of 45 days after the invoice date. This period serves to bridge the applicable return period of 30 days.

5.2 Mutual Exclusion (Important): This cashback promotion cannot be combined with other promotional campaigns or commercial guarantees from MaxoRize, regardless of whether these are offered at the same time or at a later date. By submitting a claim, the participant explicitly waives participation in any other current or future promotions on the same product.

5.3 If the participant withdraws the purchase or returns the product within the 30-day period, the right to the cashback lapses immediately. Claims already submitted will be cancelled.

5.4 Approved claims will be paid out within 10 working days after the end of the 45-day validation period.

Article 6 – Fraud Prevention

6.1 MaxoRize verifies each serial number for uniqueness and authenticity in a central database.

6.2 Claims will be rejected and participants may be excluded upon suspicion of:

      "Buy-Claim-Return" behaviour (purchasing product, claiming, and immediately returning).

      Use of VPN or Proxy servers to mask location.

      Manipulation of invoices or serial numbers.

      Mismatch between the name on the invoice and the name of the account holder.

Article 7 – Privacy & GDPR (Data Minimisation)

7.1 MaxoRize processes personal data exclusively for the execution of this promotion (payment and fraud prevention).

7.2 Strict evidence requirements: As proof of account number, MaxoRize accepts exclusively:

      A photo of the bank card (showing Name and IBAN).

      OR a screenshot from the banking app (showing Name and IBAN).

      Not permitted: Complete bank statements with transaction history or balance information are refused for privacy reasons (GDPR) and immediately deleted.

Article 8 – Liability

8.1 MaxoRize is not liable for claims that have not been received due to technical malfunctions or spam filters.

8.2 MaxoRize is not responsible for delays in payment caused by incorrectly provided bank details.

Article 9 – Applicable Law

9.1 Dutch law applies to this promotion. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Utrecht.


 

2. HOW DO YOU CLAIM YOUR €75 CASHBACK?

(The Process)

The instructions below are authoritative for a successful application.

An exclusive privilege for our users.

You have chosen technical superiority with the Professional X. As a token of our appreciation, we offer you this €75 refund. Because we hold security and privacy in high regard, we process your application via a personal and secure protocol.

Follow these 3 steps to submit your claim.

STEP 1: Gather your documents

Ensure you have the following three files ready (as photo or screenshot):

1.     The Purchase Invoice: On which the purchase date and order number are clearly legible. You received this invoice digitally by email after your purchase.

2.     The Serial Number: A clear photo of the inside (see product name & model at the bottom) of the product (not of the box!)

3.     Your Bank Verification: A photo of your bank card OR a screenshot from your banking app.

      Privacy Instruction: Ensure that only your Name and IBAN are visible. Do not send complete statements with balance information; these will be refused for security reasons.

STEP 2: Send your email

Send your application to our processing team via support@maxorize.com.

STEP 3: Validation & Payment (The Timeline)

      24 Hours: You will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt.

      The Validation: Our team manually verifies your purchase and unique serial number.

      The Waiting Period (45 Days): To exclude "Buy-and-Return" fraud, payment is released 45 days after your purchase date (after the expiration of the return period).

      The Reward: If you have kept the product, the €75 will be transferred within 10 working days after the validation period.
