How do 15-minute sessions work?
Slip it on, press power, choose a mode and intensity with the dial (Heat Comfort optional), and go about your day. The session auto-ends at 15 minutes and the device remembers your last settings. Recommended routine: 1–2 sessions per day.
Do I need an app to use it?
No app required. Everything is controlled with the dial on the device itself — simple, intuitive, and ready to go.
Will it fit me, and is it discreet under a shirt?
MaxoRize has an adjustable strap that fits most neck sizes comfortably. It's designed to be low-profile and discreet, so you can wear it under clothing without drawing attention.
Which mode should I start with?
It’s best to start at a low intensity, for example level 1 or 2. Begin with Soothing Mode so your body can get used to the stimulation. Once you’re comfortable and familiar with the sensation, you can switch to other modes and gradually increase the intensity if desired.
How often should I use it each day?
We recommend 1–2 sessions per day, each lasting 15 minutes. You can use it during your commute, at your desk, or while relaxing at home.
What's the difference between modes and intensity levels?
Modes change the pattern/type of stimulation (e.g., pulse style and rhythm). Intensity controls the strength of that pattern. Start low, increase gradually until comfortable, and add Heat Comfort when you want extra warmth. You can keep the same mode and just tweak intensity as needed.
Can I use Heat Comfort with every session?
Yes! Heat Comfort is optional and can be activated whenever you want gentle warmth. It's perfect for cold days or when you want that extra soothing sensation.
How long does the battery last, and how do I charge it?
A full charge lasts multiple sessions (typically several days of regular use). Charge it with the included USB cable — a full charge takes about 5 hours.
How do I clean the device and contact pads?
Wipe the device with a soft, damp cloth. For the contact pads, gently clean them with a slightly damp cloth or a mild soap solution, then let them air-dry. Do not submerge the device in water.
Is it okay to use while working, commuting, or relaxing?
Absolutely. MaxoRize is designed for on-the-go use. Wear it during video calls, on the train, or while reading — it fits seamlessly into your routine.
How long does EU delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 1–2 business days. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking link from the same local carrier that will deliver your package, so you can follow it easily from the sorting center to your doorstep.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our European warehouse, ensuring fast delivery across the EU with no surprise customs fees for EU customers.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use that link to follow your package in real time.
What's the 30-day satisfaction guarantee?

How do I start a return or exchange?

Is MaxoRize a medical device?
No—MaxoRize® Professional X is a Personal Wellness System. Do not use it with pacemakers/implanted electronics, during pregnancy, with epilepsy, on open wounds, or over metal implants in the neck/shoulder area. If you have a medical condition or recent surgery, ask your clinician first.
Who shouldn't use it (e.g., pacemakers, pregnancy)?
Do not use if you have a pacemaker, implanted electronic device, epilepsy, are pregnant, or have open wounds. Avoid using directly over metal implants in the neck/shoulder area. Consult a healthcare professional if unsure.
Is the MaxoRize® Professional X water-resistant?
No. The Professional X is not water-resistant (IPX0).
Do not use it in the bathroom, near showers, bathtubs, or sinks, and never in the rain or any wet or humid environment. Always keep the device dry during use and storage.
What does the 12-month limited warranty cover?
Our 12-month limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or wear and tear. See our warranty terms for full details.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Email support@maxorize.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps.
