Position the device so that all contact pads rest against the back and sides of your neck — never on the front of the neck or throat area. Ensure the pads touch clean, dry skin and adjust slightly until you feel a comfortable, even sensation

For most users, we recommend 1–2 sessions per day, each lasting 15 minutes. You may perform up to 4 sessions per day when needed. Keep at least 30 minutes of rest between the first two sessions, and a minimum of 2 hours of rest between the second and third session

With typical use (1–2 sessions per day at medium intensity with heat), expect up to 5 days per charge. Heavy use at high intensity with maximum heat will reduce runtime.
